UGANDA EXPEDITION:
4 -18 | NOVEMBER 2025
our Uganda Expedition offers a unique, immersive way to experience this incredible part of the world — exploring the River Nile by kayak and paddleboard, while becoming an integral part of the team delivering the world-renowned Sleepwell Project.
-
We journey into the heart of a community along the world’s longest river— exploring the waters of the River Nile by boat, kayak and paddleboard. As part of our expedition team, you will spend time meeting some incredible humans and be an intrinsic part of delivering our life-changing Sleepwell Project. Between projects, wild waters and warm welcomes, you’ll experience a unique perspective on life and create incredible friendships… all alongside discovering the world’s best pineapples and the famous Buja Bean Coffee.
-
This expedition unfolds in the heart of Uganda, East Africa. We begin our journey in Entebbe, traveling east to the lively town of Jinja and settling into our base villages of Kyabirwa and Bujagali, nestled along the banks of the River Nile. From there, we venture north toward the wild beauty of Murchison Falls National Park, where the Nile crashes through a narrow gorge in one of the most powerful natural scenes on the planet.
-
Do you have a sense of adventure? Are you seeking a unique opportunity to challenge your mind, body, and soul while exploring one of East Africa’s most vibrant and awe-inspiring regions?
This expedition is for the curious, the courageous, and the compassionate — those who are open to cultural exchange, eager to step beyond the ordinary, and ready to connect deeply with people, places, and purpose. Whether you’re a seasoned traveler or someone looking to stretch beyond your comfort zone, this journey invites you to immerse yourself fully in community, in nature, and in yourself.
-
Expect the unexpected. The incredible. The magical. This journey is not curated — it’s real. Sometimes confronting. Often deeply moving.
Uganda has a quiet, powerful way of shifting your perspective. It invites you to slow down, to listen, to feel. You might find yourself laughing with locals one moment and sitting in reflective silence the next. You’ll witness beauty in the land, the people, and in yourself, that stays with you for lifelong after you’ve left.
This expedition is not just about where you go — it’s about who you become along the way.
